My forums are usually black, and red. Everything works great and is dandy. Then we (random people of the community) refresh a page, or go to a new one, everything changes to white, and stuff starts overlaping each other, and blocking stuff off. Some font changes for modules, then about an hour later or at random it changes back, Even if i do a restore of the skin to when it works its still white. This bug has been happening for the last few days.
This is what it does: (normally all that white is black, and the module fonts are weird, and everything is really buggy, We dont even touch our theme or style it just does this, then reverts back at some random time

Thank you. I think I've found part of your problem.
Please go to your CSS and delete this from it:

I have no idea. To fix the rest, please remove this from your CSS:

- Code:
#page-body {
background: url("http://i67.servimg.com/u/f67/16/17/34/47/middle10.png") repeat-y scroll center center transparent;
display: inline-block;
margin-top: -10px;
width: 1100px;
}
