Quote code does not seem to work in signatures

Lately, quote coding in all my members' signatures doesn't work as it should...
At one time the quote coding for signatures worked fine on my forum but at some time it simply... stopped...
I'm not sure when this happened, whether due to a forum update or change of some sort... or whatever else may have happened... but if there is a way to fix it I'd like to know.
I'd also like to have this smily on my forum XD

Have you check the " Always attach signature: yes" in the members preferences ?

Unfortuntally, this is a known issue, and has been for quite a while now. The techs have the bug in an order to be corrected, but I'm not sure where in the list it is. However, when it's at the top of the list, the techs will fix it.
it doesn't affect all forum's, only a small few.

Since the last 12 hours or so, there's been a known bug across many forums of this kind, where the Quote and Code functions don't appear normally.
Hopefully it is fixed soon. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Tried many times by simply adding the flash and the youtube and the Daily Motion tags -- still nothing. Obviously there is a bug with the forum or a code issue -- what is it?
How do I get a quote box like the ones seen on here and Forumotion?
