How to make Quick reply widget or menu in forums?

I'm having problem on how to create Quick reply on my forum and one more, about posting pictures, why the picture is not a miniture version or exact size? pictures are alway cut almost in half.

Hi!
To add quick reply please go to:
1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Configuration (on the left, under Messages and e-mails)
4. Select 'Allow Quick Reply : Yes'
As for your image problem, it could be that the image is too big. To fix that, please go to the same place as above but play around with the settings for 'Images resize'.

You're welcome. There is not really a 'standard size' for an image in a forum. It all depends on your choice really. For me, I would use 200 x 300 maybe? You just need to play around with the settings until you find something you like.
