How can i leave the widgets if you click the topic!

I guess you are asking to have the widgets on all pages?

If so go to...

Admin panel>modules>Forum widgets

Display forum widgets and hit save.

View has not added any jQuery code to have a negative effect on the widgets, I have added more than jquery code that had a negative effect on my forum, my dysfunctional home like those options board.

I do not know what you mean,
You have to explain exactly what it is you added where,
if what you added is not working, then either you did not add the coding right or it's not compatible, just because you may be using some sort of jQuery or any other coding dose not necessarily mean what it is your trying to do is going to work.
So you have to explain exactly what it is you are adding, what it's supposed to do and how you added it.

It dont work like that, if you choose the widgets to show then they show on all boards.
If you do not want them on all boards, then i would turn he widgets off and just have have them in the portal.
