Editing 'Search' and 'Actions' popup windows

Hey (again)

I have a problem with both my "search" and "actions" popup windows as they appear with a transparent background and a border.
Thing is i don't recall editing those so either they are connected to something else or it's the theme default.

What i would like to know is what should i be looking for in the CSS to be able to change its look ?
