How to remove the 'New Members cannot post external pics or links for 7 days' Restriction

When I log in as a normal member (aka not the admin account) and try to post a topic with images it says:
"New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum administrator for more information."
How do I remove this restriction?

Hi!
To remove that restriction, please go to:
1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Security (on the left, under Forum)
4. Select 'Prohibit registered members for less than a week to post external links and emails : No'
