My mini-icon

My online mini-icon is never green to display i am online, the red 1 is always on. Is there an option somewhere to turn them on/off ?

Yes....Admin Panel>>>Display>>>pics Management>>>advanced mode
(i prefer)>>>mini icons>>>scroll down till you see "Mini icons - Online :"
and either take it off ...or change it.

No i mean, they are not showing that people are online. I know how to change them and where they are, but the problem is that they do not work as they are suposed to, it makes everyone appear as they are offline with the red 1 when its suposed to be the green 1 , and they are set up in the right place, green for online, red for offline. Im wondering is there an option somewhere i have messed up to show just the offline one ? Because the online icon is not working.

There shouldn't be an offline icon, unless you have followed a tutorial to add one. In which case, yes, it sounds like you have made a mistake somewhere.

Oh nevermind those arent mini icons to show online status they are showing the last post. Problem solved.
