View forum after you reach certain number of posts

yeah me again!
This time I want to know how to do that specific subforum just see the 200 post?
I do not know if this topic belongs here, but I need urgent reply today.
and yes my English is bad, because I am from Slovenia, so if you want ask anything you just ask (I translate with presis).

Explanation: I have a forum, and all made subforum. but I wish that the members would have 200 posts to see yet another subforum that are under 200 posts is not visible,do you understand me now?

Create a usergroup and set the permissions for the subforums.

Create Usergroup
Administration Panel>>Users & Usergroups>>Usergroups>>Group Administration
Create a new user group for members who have 200 or more posts.

Forum Permissiions
Administration Panel>>General>>Forum>>Categories & Forums
Modify or create a forum that only the new usergroup has access to.
