Cant edit gallery postings

I would like to edit a gallery post, and can't find an edit option anywhere. The Action button only gives send to a friend as an option. I checked for permissions, but couldn't figure it out could someone help me..

I propose that we should be allowed to edit the picture as well as the description. As it stands once you upload a pic you can't change it if you have another that mabe a better picture. Also I would like to be able to move the pics (change the order
