Overlapping widgets

I have no idea where I should create this theme, but I think my problems is somehow associated with coding.

See? Overlapping widgets. I have noo idea why could this happen, because widgets width is 190px and this shouldn't be happening. The problem is that it wasn't like this couple of days ago.

ACP > Modules > Forum Widgets > Width of column 1 (left): 200

or

ACP > Display> Templates > Portal > And edit all tempaltes and put them in this div:
