I think there should be permission to allow certain groups to be able to change their Username.

I think a post count before changing name would be acceptable but I don't really agree with your idea sorry.

What i mean by this, is:
-With groups, you can colorize username. Why not expand that?
-Like if you were able to make the username different Fonts/font sizes
-Other things you could do with this would be making the username Bold/Italicized
