How do I put things under their categories?

I've made 2 categories, one is the "Rules" category and the other is the "Tutorials" category. I put two forums, but they both seem to be merged into one category, labeled "Forum" I can't get either category to show up, and it's quite annoying me. Is it because I'm using the Invision appearance? Thanks for any help you can offer. Here's a screenshot:

Try this AP > Display > Structure & hijerarhy > Split categories on index > Medium
