Becomes Vip members can edit the Rank and the write whatever they want ... only vip - mods-admins ...

It's Only Possible if you add they as Administrators.

Only administrators can edit "Users Ranks".

Yeah, but he need to set real administrators as a invisible group, and create the false group of administrators. Then add the user in real administrators group, but the visible administrators add in both groups. Very Happy

Respect_Me assuming your are asking for the feature where users can change their own rank + administration can do it.

Something like that is possible but jet not avilable on Forumotion. So until further it's a, no.
