Go to Administration Panel => General => Messages and e-mails => Configuration => Messages => Allow HTML : Yes
Then go to your profile => Preferences => Always allow HTML : Yes
Then go to your profile => Preferences => Always allow HTML : Yes

Some of you may not know this but the addition of HTML Templates is HUGE!
Plenty of commercial software have the ability to generate nice reports and HTML templates
but none of them offer the ease of scraping data like Media Companion
