How to change forum permissions so that the users can only reply to your topics but cannot post any new topics?

AP=>General=>Categories and forums=>Permissions=>Advance Mode=>Then look for " Open a topic" and check ur Groups who can open and , those who cant open Un check them if they are already checkd.
