Widgets problem!

Hi guys,
ive a problem is making me mad, its no easy to explain, i removed with a css code the date, the search bar and the "your last visit ecc" line from my blog, then i wanted change the widgets' color and change their background.
All backgrund r white and i like that, but i wanted the widget grey, the problem is when i
change the color with a css code, they change it but appears a line of the same color
under the nav bar and i dont want it at all or at least i want make it white so it'll be invisible.
My forum version is phpbb3, im goin to upload a screenshot of what i meant.
I'd need rounded corners everywhere also, if you can kindly answer me.
Please help me guys!! Thank you!

Im keepin all white or it'd look very bad..

Hi,
Here, this should do it without changing the line + with rounded corners:
Add it to your CSS and change the color to fit your wishes. Hope that's what you wanted.

I have a phpbb3 forum and I have a problem with the widgets, the forum I was tuned to the width 85%, when I turn on the widget instead of having to resize the forum of 85% on all the deformation table forums to remain the same width but pushed

This may be possible, but I can't figure out how. I think forum/portal widgets should be able to be place on the Left, Right, Bottom and Top.
Anyone else agree?
