MM2 Riva's cars section

I removed the not available cars that I plan to convert for MM2.

There's too many vehicles (more than those who are already available), it's an endless chain, I get around ten conversion requests every week (by email, from the Members Area), due to this I won't add new planned cars except of course the soon planned cars.
