Do tình hình Forums mới mở ra nên hiện đang rất cần các bạn design blinkie cấp bậc trong Paruce 4rums. Các bạn tha hồ design, đủ kiểu, đủ màu mình thích. tuy nhiên có có một lưu ý vì đây là cấp bậc để chèn bên dưới nick phân chia cấp bậc nên làm size vừa phải thôi nhé ^^~.
