NES Sprite Change Tutorial

The art of NES sprite change is to use at least 8 colors only, no shades at all. But what i do is use the colors of Mario or other NES sprites. For example i will be NES sprite changing Geno because i can't seem to find any NES Geno sprites. Also sprites shouldn't have a black out line but they can if you want, but it has to be 8 colors.
