For the first time in 15 years, the classic Pulp lineup will re-form to play shows including London's Wireless festival and Spain's Primavera Sound.

I have a couple of questions regarding fiscal dates and snapshot dates/data:
1. How would someone model a "fiscal" dim when a date maps to two fiscal months?
e.g.
Fiscal Year 2010
Fiscal Month 12
Fiscal Month Date
I am in the process of building a datawarehouse. The OLTP has dates like "date_enforced", "date_entered" in the datetime format. How do I convert this to integer in SSIS since my date dimension has the datekey as integer in the YYYYMMD
I'd like to know other people's opinions on how to deal with missing dates in dimensions, which is a situation that happens quite frequently (for example, think of birth date in a customer dimension).
