Snow Patrol cover 'One Day Like This' live.
Went to see 'An Evening With Snow Patrol' at the Royal Albert Hall last night. They mostly performed reworked versions of their own songs but also did two cover versions; Madonna's 'Ray Of Light' and Elbow's 'One Day Like This'. Gary Lightbody paid tribute to the band and then admitted he wouldn't be able to hit the high note. It was a good attempt but...1-Nil the Garvey!
I got the impression they were using the same string section.

i've read a few reports that are showing you guys are getting some good snowfall....so how are you doing?

Band number two, Miike Snow! This group has a beautiful fusion of electronic and alternative influence, and the sound's really just unlike pretty much anything else. I only discovered them fairly recently, and I've been trying to share the love! Pay
I see Elbow are playing on the Pyramid Stage before U2 on Friday. Missed out on tickets both times they've come up for sale. Who do I have to sleep with to get a pair when the last few become available?
