How do I set that only registered users can see links on the forum but no guests?

Guests problem

Why, when guests post in the forum link or email, do not write.? Throws like this table: (Guests can't post external links or emails.) How can I fix it? Or maybe you can correct it in all the forums?Because this problem in the all forum.

Lately I've had a lot of guests coming into my forum and advertising, and it's very annoying. How do you disable the ability for guests to post and create topics?
