Well, and this is my project, a '58 Tiger T110 engine in a '62 Norton ES2 Featherbed frame. Some of you might recognize the bike from previous posts on Britbike and Motorforum on identification of its origins. The bike was build in England in '83, sold to Bristol Classic Bikes a few years after, bought by a mathmatician from Belgium working at an English university at that time, and he sold it to me 1,5 years ago as a nonrunner. I would like to start a discussion on how Project Mgmt for a DW is different from other projects. Ill start; I feel that the design phase is longer and the coding phase is shorter than other projects. Agree/Disagree?
