How would I model the following order system?

Base Daily 4 x $50 | $200
Extra Hourly 5 x $25 | $125
Extra Weekly 3 x $300 | $900
Discount A | -$20
Discount B Percentage 5% of base @ $200 = -$10
Extra Option Z | $600
Extra Option Q | $100
Tax | $30
Fee | $20
Fee | $10
Total | $1955
