Virus/Slow Computer problems
Thanks in advance for any assistance. I am trying to rid my mom-in-law's computer of a virus problem. We ran the recommended scans. I noticed that we are having a problem with getting rid of Norton. I also noticed, upon using the Hijack self help tool that it was not recognizing that we had the Windows firewall turned on. She has AVG. Here are the logs. Thank you !
P.S. I'm only going to have access to her computer til tomorrow morn
