Malwarebytes found Hijack.DisplayProperties - what now?

Here's the log. I thought I read somewhere that in Win7 x64 this may be an erroneous detection. But I want to make sure. I haven't removed it yet. Using the latest version of Malwarebytes that I downloaded and installed tonight.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.44
Database version: 3510
Windows 6.1.7600
Internet Explorer 8.0.7600.16385
