Jay,
I have followed your instructions and installed everything you recommended from your discussion with James. I am at rootrepeal and have performed a scan and am uncertain what to do from here. The info you gave me removed a lot of malware but an error message for WIN32 Bad Image keeps appearing for everything I open. Will you help me please?
