Need to delete .nfo files after changing TV show name

I'd already scraped a TV show and the episodes were listed in the Main Browser.

Then I added a new episode and did "Rebuild this Show" (I think) and after that all the previous episodes disappeared from the list and it only showed the new episode.

The only way I've found to get the episodes back in the list is to delete the .nfo file and then "Search for new episodes" again.
