Media Companion Application Error

I can get it to run on my Windows XP laptop (32bit) but on my PC (tried with both Windows XP 32bit and Windows 7 64bit), I just get this error when trying to open the program:

Media Companion.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Shocked
