Can't connect to Wi-Fi and no replies from Tech Support for pangital 7 inch media tablet

Im getting so discouraged; I can't connect this to my Wi-Fi for nothing!! I got it from QVC, it was a good price, but Im starting to think its junk.. I have 3 laptops all set up to my WiFi with no problem, but this thing won't connect, keeps saying
