Incorrectly labeling multipart episodes

Have a file gossip.girl.s02e16.hdtv.xvid-2hd.avi The scene tag (-2hd) is making the scraper pick this up as a multipart file. Is this a regex problem or can it be fixed by throwing away multiparts that are x number of episodes apart?

I just started adding my TV shows, and noticed that when I rip the full disc in the IFO container (so there are multiple files for the disc), MC scrapes the show and then creates an .nfo file for every .VOB file in the folder and for the Video_TS.ifo
