What happened to .info file support?

What happened to .info file support?

Version 2 contained the ability to create a moviename.info file, insert the IMDB url for the movie, thus allowing for a perfect lookup for movies. There was an option within the OPTIONS section to enable .info support.

Version 3 appears to have removed this option! I have over 400 movies with matching .info files to allow for accurate lookup. Can this option be reinstated into version 3?

.ts File Extension Support.
Hi.. a lot of my recordings are from freeview, dvb-t, saved as transport streams with .ts extension... Could this be added, as at the mo these files are not recognised. XBMC plays them just fine. Thanks. MB
