Trailer url's won't play in XBMC because they don't start with "http://"

I noticed recently that some of my trailers weren't playing. I checked the nfo's that media companion had made and there were url's, but the ones that wouldn't play didn't start with "http://" Here's an example of a nfo scraped with Media
