A Talk with Iraqi Deputy Premier Rafi Al-Issawi
Here's an interesting interview with a prominent Sunni politician. No hints about an RV but worth reading and especially the last paragraph were he sets out the political blocks and mentions "the State of Law Coalition (led by Maliki)". Clearly this guy thinks that Maliki's hat is in the rinig.
