Picture able to be put in catagorie

You can add a picture to a forum right. Well we should be able to do that with a catagorie, its not difficult. It will save a lot of time, and it would seem more organize rather than making a forum with forums in it.

My posters dont have the " Edit " option in thier posts , I fix it in the Admin Panel and it works once until you update the page then it disapears . I am the only one ( not as Adimin as a member ) who has this option . Any ideas , cheers
