Registering a user for a website

Hi techies,

I have a registration for for a website, which contains
1. Unique username text field
2. unique email
3. CAPTCHA for adding two numbers.

I have generated script for registration , after first time the script is going to fail due to user name is already exists and CAPTCHA changes dynamically.

how to generate the script using with Selenium IDE

Registering New Members
There is a problem with my forum's registration page, it only allows people to disagree with the terms and conditions. The option for allowing new members is still on so it's not that. Would anyone know how to fix it?
Referrer when registering
There should be a field for when somebody signs up, they can enter the user name of who referred them (if applicable)
