Is it possible to add a message on forumotion somewhere in the Admin panel.
Like if there's a big accouncement of your forum it can be pop up or when someone has log in just like a private message then they can read/or reply before continuing

My plan was to make a div fixed to the top when you recieve a PM, instead of showing a pop up. But when I did that, the bar was only visible the first time a page got loaded, ie. when you clicked a link on the page, will the bar be hidden
