testing form submission with current time input

Hi,
I am using Selenium IDE but couldn't use Selenium RC. when I extract zipfile which I downloaded from http://seleniumhq.org/download/, its giving an error after 80% extraction it seems. That might be a problem.
What I want to ask is in my form whenever I run test, it should enter (current time+10sec) in som
