Binary systems work in what we represent as 0's and 1's. In probability, the chance of an action occurring adds up to one. What if we designed a probabilistic binary computing system that always adds up to one on the entire circuit? What if we made more circuits? What if we called it the brain? What if quantum probabilities had something to do with it as well?
