DNA as a programming language

I don't know how many of you are programmers (and thus would understand any of it), but this is amazingly awesome.

Thoughts? Reactions?

Personally it makes me want to write a high-level programming (or, probably, markup) language that would "compile down" to DNA (DNA being an assembly language in this metaphor)
