Halo Reach
Halo Reach has had a fair amount of hype surrounding it, given its predigious history. But personally, I'm not sure Reach lives up to the Halo legacy at all. It's hard to find any solid info on this, but from what I can tell, the levels are just going to be bigger than they were previously. Sandbox usually implies an open world game where you're free to roam around and do whatever you want, whenever you want.
