How to make a Animation (GIF file)?
1. Step ~ The programs:
You need three programs to make this animation, first a prorgram to draw you sprite/graphic you will use (I use paint), then a program to turn you PNG files to GIF files (I use Photofiltre), and to the last you will need to use a Animation program (I use UnFreez).
Notice: Green CoW had maked a little explanation about wich programs you can use - check the post out

I've had much success with a 'non-standard' file naming convention for my TV shows (my movies are OK), so I thought I would post here for anyone having trouble.
Here's an example. My TV shows are organised like this:
