Vegas registering error!

Oh PLEASE someone tell me you can help...

I tried to install Vegas 10, BUT I couldn't register it. The authentication code won't work, and online registering won't either, it just keeps repeating error. Well, after that I realized that my Vegas Pro 8.0 suddenly needs to be registered, too, and OF COURSE it won't work either! So now I'm in trouble; I can't use my Vegas program anymore since I can't register it. I don't know why this problem appea
