Problem with vegas pro 9

Hey i'm new here and i find your site very good.I find someone here who have the same same problem with me.(When i load the sony vegas it stops at direct X plugins, i try to delete every plug in that i have install but nothing happens)Any way to fix it? I have windows VISTA (:S) 32 bit
