Do you prefer Adobe After Effects or Sony Vegas?

I have always loved using vegas because it was the first advanced editing program I came across after I had made a couple of videos on windows movie maker but it wasn't untill last year that I started using After Effects as well. AE has awesome 3D effects that can be combined with particles, flares and effects alike but it has the disadvantage where you have to use "RAM Preview" everytime you want to view the timelime with audio (basica
