[solved]Save Brushes in Photoshop

So, when I download brushes from deviantArt, I always have to go to "load brushes", but I'd like them to be in my PSE library when I open it. I think you have to save it in a special folder, but I'm not sure where. And google is not helping me at all.

Anyone know how to save brushes so they appear in the Photoshop library? I have Photoshop Elements, but I don't think that makes a difference.

Not getting full color resolution in Photoshop
I have a problem. Even though my screen is at 32bit color depth it doesnt seem I have full color resolution. Colors arent blended properly - gradients are "jagged" and when I desaturate photos they lose a lot of nuances. I have checked the image
Au disparut resursele din PhotoShop (Gradienturi,Brushuri,Actions,etc.)
Astazi cand sa fac o lucrare in PhotoShop vad brusc ca nu mai am nici pic de resurse (Gradienturi, Brushuri,etc.), doar cele default, ce ii pot face?
