HCTZ...a migraine miracle!
Hey Everyone,
I've had migraines for almost 30 yrs. I got them every day for ages, then w/ the help of Botox, decreased to 4-5 a week. I take several other preventative meds as well & use Zomig to stop them. A yr ago my family dr found that I had high BP. (never had BP problems in my whole life) She RXd HCTZ. After taking 25mg per day for about 5 days, my migraines totally changed. I only get migraines every 2 weeks now. Amazing.
