Trading Terms dan Posisi Dominan
Guys, misalnya ada perusahaan A ingin meminjam uang dari Bank/lembaga pembiayaan yang arguably punya posisi dominan di pasar, tapi bank/lembanga pembiayaan tersebut memberikan syarat, yaitu perusahaan A tersebut harus menunjuk perusahaan B yang masih terafiliasi dengan bank tersebut sebagai financial advisor untuk setiap M&A yang akan dilakukan perusahaan A.
Sebenarnya perusahaan A punya kandidat financial advisor lain yang lebih mu
