Arrange RUPS? help

mau tanya nih master2 ... maklum newbie.
kalau mau RUPS (PT tertutup) --(dalam agenda apapun, baik tahunan, LB) harus didahului dengan pemberitahuan ke Menhumham dulu (disertai persetujuan) baru iklan pemanggilan atau langsung melakukan iklan pemanggilan.

saya baca di UUPT hanya dikatakan melakukan iklan pemanggilan 14 hari sebelum RUPS dilangsungakn.

apa ada yg bisa menjelaskan pada saya?
