gw mau serve gugatan di pengadilan Singapore ke tergugat di Indonesia. Biasanya harus lewat deplu, dll. Masalahnya prosesnya lama bgt dan kadang nggak jelas.
Ada yg tau cara lain nggak? bisa nggak kita kirim langsung ke tergugatnya tanpa via deplu dan pengadilan?
trus, ni si tergugat punya 6 alamat yg beda2. Kita bingung mau kirim ke mana karena jurisdiksinya juga beda2 (di Jkt, kalimantan, dll). Kir
